There’s not much here to shock or surprise here. Messenger for Windows allows you to chat with your Facebook friends in a simple tabbed interface, check your news feed and delivers notifications to your desktop.
This could be the solution to the traditional Facebook Chat that comes up on Facebook.com, because that really sucks – ask the millions of people who hate using it. Perhaps this is what will bring them back, starting with me.
