Microsoft Anglophone West Africa is organizing a one-day “Phone Camp”in Lagos, Nigeria. Through this event, Microsoft seeks to bring developers, students and independent Software Vendors together in a room to learn about developing for the Windows Phones.
Objectives:
The key objectives of the one-day developer boot camp are:
- Introduction of the WP7.5 platform to developers
- Reinforcing knowledge of the existing.NET developer base with knowledge regarding mobile development
- TO support developers to publish applications to the Apps Marketplace through YallaApps
- To provide insight with respect to students ideas and projects before the Imagine Cup local finals
Camp Details:
The camp will take place on13 December 2011 at CcHub, 294 Herbert Macaulay Way, Sabo, Yaba. Time is 9.00am prompt. One key requirement to attend is that you come with a laptop / system running either Windows 7 (X86/X64) or Windows Vista SP1 (X86/X64).
