Polls are closed and we now have a winner. Having called on you – our readers to help as choose a new name for OTEKBITS, we did have a good number of entries and selected finalists were put up for public voting.
With 110 votes, translating to 46.41% of the total votes, Nibanta emerges winner of the branding competition. This entry was made by Mark Afolabi and he walks away with a BlackBerry 9380 device, courtesy of BlackBerry Nigeria. Tekbits and TooTech Lounge tied at 62 votes each, but the former is closest to the new name for OTEKBITS, so Ayomide Akindolie wins a BlackBerry 9220 – also courtesy BlackBerry Nigeria.

Yes, you read that right. Tekbits came closest to the new name for OTEKBITS, and with that we start the branding process which also includes using Nibanta for a break out project.
