Konga recently turned 1, and celebrated its first anniversary with a party hosting celebrities including brand ambassador – Omawumi, and others like Toke Makinwa, and Ajebutter. Konga also went about ‘putting smiles’ on the faces of its customers by throwing a mega anniversary sale cutting of up to 50% discount across categories including: fashion, laptops, books, mobile phones, home appliances, and beauty product.

We reached out to Konga for some information as regards how the sale went, and we got to know that a lot of the categories are already sold out, and even though the sale was meant to end yesterday, there’s been a 24 hours extension so the sale comes to an end midnight today.
In other news the BlackBerry Q5 is here, and Konga’s gone ahead to reduce the retail price of the latest addition to the BlackBerry 10 series, from N64,990 to N62,390. Perhaps still pricey, but let’s see if it drops to expected N45,000 by the end of summer.
