At the Developer Parapo event in January 2012, Google announced that its 2012 G-Nigeria event will take place in March this year. Details of this event has now been made available. This year’s event will be Google’s 3rd G-Nigeria. As usual, this will be a 2 days event and it will be holding on 15th and 16th of March, 2012. G-Nigeria will take place at Lagos Civic Centre, Ozumba Mbadiwe Avenue, V/I, Lagos.
Day 1 is for Developer and Webmaster and it will give people opportunity to have hands-on training from Google engineers specializing in popular tools such as App Engine, Android, Maps, Google+ and Webmaster Tools. Some selected developers will also have access to advanced labs. If this is something that interests you, click here day 1 to book your seat.Day 2, however, will be the Business, Marketing and Entrepreneur day. So, if you are a techie entrepreneur, you definitely don’t want to miss this event. There will be presentations focusing on Google products, platforms, tips and trends for business. As part of this year event, Google will also be organizing a “hackathon”. More details on this will be made available as soon as it is available.
