BlackBerry Launches Warranty Campaign For Customers In Nigeria

In a bit to empower customers with knowledge about the warranty process and the benefits of buying BlackBerry smartphones from officially authorized channels, BlackBerry is launching a month-long warranty education campaign in Nigeria from Friday June 21 to Sunday July 21.

For some lucky customers, the campaign will also offer some great giveaways, ranging from accessories to the latest BlackBerry 10 and BlackBerry 7.1 OS smartphones. The campaign,will take place in several key locations in Lagos, Port Harcourt and Abuja and aims to inform consumers how to identify authentic devices and learn about the benefits of buying genuine BlackBerry product in terms of customer support and warranties.The campaign will also include demonstrations of the BlackBerry 10 and BlackBerry 7.1 OS features and applications.

The campaign will also help customers upgrade their BlackBerry smartphones to the latest software and they will be shown how to identify a BlackBerry device designed specifically for the Nigerian market.

The warranty campaign will also highlight BlackBerry’s After Sales Care Repair Centres and Authorized Collection Points (ACPs) located in Lagos, Port Harcourt, and Abuja.  At these centres, BlackBerry customers can get their devices repaired with authentic parts. Devices purchased through authorizedretail outlets come with a 12-month warranty.  Customers will be made aware of their options should their devices be out of warranty.
