On May 7th 2013, Twitter would be shutting down the version 1.0 of their API and this would cause certain functions in the existing Hootsuite for BlackBerry app to stop working. But the HootSuite team are working on a new HootSuite’s HTML5 mobile app, that would be launch soon.
The new mobile-optimized web app will work wonderfully with the latest BlackBerry devices, with the new app, BlackBerry users would continue to have access to the latest features of HootSuite Mobile.
The new HootSuite app will:
- Work on the most recent iOS, Android, BlackBerry and Windows phones.
- Let you access your HootSuite.com tabs and streams from anywhere.
- Ensure you are sending your social messages securely.
- Allow advanced users to set up streams for monitoring customer feedback on social networks, track clients and keywords across different platforms and more–all on a mobile device.
