Nokia Nigeria, on the 12th of February, 2013, launched a web portal for Nigerian users. Nokia has been using their Facebook page to interact with their users since 2010 and currently has over 325,500 fans on there. Mayor Esiaba, Consumer Engagement Manager, Nokia West Africa, confirmed the launch date in a mail chat. The portal is now up and running.
The website comes with a beautiful responsive user interface that can be easily viewed on the web and on mobile devices. It also comes with tabs containing phone features, videos, photos, and Twitter and Facebook updates. Why tabs? Well, one can assume it is the growing relationship between Nokia and Microsoft, hence the metro experience spillover.
The support page provides user guide and help with different things relating to your device, such as your phone model number.
